Icelandic Trade Center

This trade center caters to the country of Iceland. Requiring 2 floors and a multitude of rooms, the space is 4,000 sq. ft. Most rooms fit underneath the loft, except the kitchen. On top of the kitchen will be an indoor garden featuring natural grasses from Iceland. In addition to the grasses, there will be a sculptural partition made of glass, calling on the ice glaciers native to Iceland.
